We will assist in the negotiation of price, advice on the most appropriate deal structure dependent upon the client’s needs,

Pinnacle Abdul Jabber works with business management and owners to ascertain the extent of any funding gap arising through the detailed financial models and business plans for presentation to funders. These funders will be selected by considering the most appropriate sources of finance to meet the business and owner’s strategy, including bank funding, equity investment and funding from government bodies.

Corporate Disposals

Pinnacle Consulting Firm services are aimed at maximizing shareholder value. A pre-sale grooming exercise can be carried out with the purpose of maximizing the potential disposal proceeds.
