Dr. Elsayed Mohamed Elboussery

Graduated from the University of Alexandria with an honours degree in Commerce. He subsequently did his MSC and Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting and Financial Management (PHD.)form the North Carolina University of USA. A Fellow member of the American Academy of Financial Management,and also having membership from SOCPA (KSA).

Expert knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Saudi Accounting Standards and Saudi Zakat Tax Legislations. Accomplished in evaluating and developing robust internal controls and in applying Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvement.

Dr.Sayed joined our Riyadh office in 2009 as a Managing director. Sayed works primarily on larger audit assignments, particularly where there is an international aspect to the assignment, working with audit teams in the local jurisdictions.  He has more than 20 years of experience of managing audit assignments of varying sizes in a number of sectors, including Vast experience within a wide variety of industry sectors including Telecoms, Financial Services, Banking, Government,Retail/Trading, Construction, Manufacturing and non-listed SMEs.

He has worked on various due diligence investigations for acquisitions, MBOs andIPOs.  He has also conducted independent business reviews on clients’financial operations. Some of the business sectors he has been involved withinclude technology, logistics, shipping, market research, and property.
